Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

narcotics in our rental home

with a lease we rent to our daughter who has just been cut off from her welfare benefits, so we have been making the house payments for the last 3 months. Now we have learned there are narcotics in the house and we understand she has just brought a ''scale'' so may be dealing as well. Where do we stand? Can we loose the house because of the drugs, how do we go about eviction? Such a horrible mess when we were only trying to give our grandson a place to live.

I don't practice criminal law, so I don't know anything about the drugs. But, the eviction is easy enough. Either hire a lawyer to do it for you, or visit the Justice Court in the precinct where the house is located and ask for the packet of forms for a "forcible detainer." In Maricopa county, the forms are online.
