neighbor planted trees on my side of property line

nasty neighbor planted his trees on my side of the property line... what to do? small claims? how many tree removal estimates do i need? also, his house is now for sale. should i contact his realtor, too? can i let people who come to view his house know we have an issue that is not resolved over the trees?

If just planted they should not be hard to remove. Give him a week's notice, and if he does not move them, remove them and leave them on his side. Or build a wall on your side of the property line and enjoy your trees.

Did he hook up his watering system to them? Why object? Don't like the trees?
