Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

Neighbors lawn watering ruined my block wall

My neighbor waters her backyard twice daily for hours, which is to much because it runs under the wall and swamps my side of a block wall and has mildewed and flaked the paint off my side of the wall. I have asked her 5 times to reduce the water so I can repair the paint, she has not complied. Is she responsible for the damage and do I have basis for claiming she should repair my side of the walll?
