Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

My neighbor's tree trunks are putting pressure on my chain link fence causing it to bulge out. I asked her to cut it down over a year ago not done. What recourse do I have?

You should determine the dollar value of the damage to your property and fence from the neighbor's tree trunks?/roots? and then bring suit against the neighbor in small claims court (up to $5000) or in justice court (up to $10000).
