My parents property in Arizona can't be sold for six months after my fathers death. I own 25% of his house. Can I quit claim my share to a sibling before that sale happens?

Yes, you can transfer your interest in the house, however, it is not clear to me what you own, and where the 6 month requirement comes in as a condition. You should have an attorney review the facts and documents with you to make a final determination and how you can make the transfer of your interest, correctly.
