Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona
partition action
can i joinder the attorney for the defendant in my partition action where I am going to a hearing to determine culpability of the defendant prior to entering the sanction of default in a week. The attorney attempted to vacate the hearing by claiming all the fault was his, and houses value has dropped 25% in the two years of delay that the attorney caused my case. The question is can I sue the attorney in the same action since he is partly to blame for the losses I am enduring. He claims he is the only one that has caused the failures to disclose for which I am about to get a default judgment entered and to let his client escape blame. Can I joinder him and ammend my complaint to include the losses in the value of the home due to the delays he caused?

Re: partition action
You need to hire an attorney quickly, before the hearing, with enough time for your attorney to prepare.
