Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona
Need to know if payment of a Lien forced on me by the Title Co that missed initial lien during search to refinance my property [and not brought to my attention until about 4 years and a second refinance later] should be eaten by Title Co due to their oversight or can it be paid for by the Title Insurance I paid for when property was purchased

That is what you purchased the title insurance to cover. Make a claim to the title insurance company and put the company on notice that they were negligent in the preparation of the title report which failed to show this lien.
