does a person who's home was repod have rights to any money

I had a hmoe repsessed from my do i have any right to any money from that home? i did pay 30,000.00 cash down and lived in the house for almost 2 years. do i have any rights at all?

Yes. If the house sells for more than the obligation and fees incurred as a result of the foreclosure, you are entitled to the overage. Make your claim to the lender.
