we have having a poblem with my step brother. my brother treating us that we have a 1/4 of the property of my dad. my mom name is on the title and my step brother.of the property and his telling us that we dont now about the law her in the USA . he leave a message on cell phone treating us. maybe you can help what do we need to do or what please respond on my message. that we know what do we need to do thank you very much

What property did your father own? is it real property or real estate? is there personal property, such as cash, bank accounts, life insurance, brokerage accounts, annuities?
