there are three poeple on a title to a house a father and two daughters the mother that has passed away left them,there was fight one of the daughters want out what does she do to get her money out

She should negotiate with the others to buy her interest or get them to agree to sell the property and split the proceeds. If the others do not want to sell the house, they may be forced to do so, by an action for "partition." In this bad real estate market, it would be best if she can make an agreement with the others to buy her interest, even though she will probably get less money and may have to make a payment plan.
