Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

power of attorney form

we need power of attorney from our son to handle his property. We're in Arizona, he's in New York.

The notary at his bank in NY said he couln't sign because the form was for AZ. Do we need a NY poa form, and will that work if the property is in AZ?

If the property is in Arizona, you need a POA that complies with Arizona law. What exactly are you trying to "handle" for your son? Post again with more details.
