Private Easement

If we have a deeded easement in Mohave County AZ that grants us ingress/egress and utilities can the owner of the property block our access to and from our property and put animals in that easement? What is the code that we can refer to to stop them from blocking our access and putting their horse in the easement?

No, they cannot block your use of the easement. If you cannot work it out with them, then you will have to sue them for trespassing on your easement.

If you allow them to trespass for 10 years, you may lose your easement.
