Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

probate and real vacant property

This probate has been closed in 2006.I have two probate doctuments one is (affidavit for transfer of title to real property) and the other is (proof of authority).Neither has a notary seal stamp on them.The personal representative has claim the 300 acres for him self thru a deed distribution and trying to claim our property thru that authority.Can i file a civil litigation to contest these two doctuments,Thanks Mark
