Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

Problem with the company we bought a home from

We just bought a new house,then the air coditioner broke,it's over 100% a day,I have 2 small children.It's under warranty but the company we got the house from has to fix it.They just keep lying saying the parts are on order but we called the manufacture and they said they didn't have an order for the parts,everyone is dying from the heat,we can't call our own person to fix or we'll void the warranty.It's been broken for over a week now with no mention on when it actually will be fixed.Is there something against the law about that...they won't fix it and they won't pay for a hotel. I live in one of the hottest deserts there are ,this can't be right

Put it in writing that they misrepresented the repair order, that their delays are causing extreme hardship and that you will be taking your family to a hotel and expect them to reimburse you for the costs. This will not be a guarantee that they will cover the cost, but you should probably get your family out of the heat
