Property damage

A concrete truck while delivering to my neighbor ripped out 50 feet of 4 ft. chain fence and did heavy damage to our oleander bushes which are 20 years old. They measure 5 ft. wide and 8 ft tall and serve as a privacy fence. My question is how do I put a price on something I can not go to a nursery and replace? Thank you.

You come as close as you can, which may be 24 inch box plantings, planted close enough to approximate the hedge. Get the nursery to list and spec it out. Then water them--they grow like crazy.
