Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

property - land

If my husband and his mother own the land that my manufactured home sits on is it legal for the mother to charge me rent to keep my home on the property.

Note: husband does not live in the home.

Yes, but she has to share the rent with your husband.

Yes, unless you can prove there was an agreement otherwise between you and the landowners. You should consult with legal counsel to determine what your rights are, after you have disclosed all of the relevant facts.
