property purchase protection
we are buying a condo in az i currently have a few medical conditions that could present problems down road, how best do we protect our property from medical liens, and best way to title home for that protection. without tax ramifications to either children or spouse . choices they gave us community property w right of survivorship, joint tenant,tenants in common or trust. if trust doesnt this have to be done before title. can we put house in our sons name without tax problems

You should talk to an estate planning attorney in Arizona. This is not the time to try to save a few bucks.
That said, Arizona has a homestead law that says creditors cannot force the sale of your home if you have less than $150,000 in equity.
