Property Title owners

My father signed with me for the Mortgage on my property. I paid of the mortgage and received the title. My father is listed on the title with my name first then or and his name. He does not live on the property but I do. What rights does he have in the property?

It is common that a lender who is relying upon a co-signer on a loan to require that the co-signer be "on title" along with you. You should get your father to sign a quit claim deed of his interest in the property to you.
