propery ownership in arizona

I live with my boyfriend and he recently purchased a home. The mortgage is in his name only but i pay half of the mortgage. I need to know if there is any form that we can sign to will give me interest of 100% of the property should he die. this is in Arizona

Your boyfriend can sign a "beneficiary deed" and name you the beneficiary of the property. If he dies first, then the property will go to you.

However, this does nothing for you if you breakup. And it does nothing for your heirs if you die first.
