I had just purchased a timeshare and have since decided to cancel. It has only been 1 day since I signed the paper work. Is it too late to cancel the contract?

Generally, you have 3 days to cancel, so you should take quick action to notify the company that you are cancelling the purchase and stop payment on your downpayment.
