The question is if I can recuperate my house I live right now in my home

but, the bank toldme I lost my home that is impsilble recuperate my house,

please y need help y no have place to go.

If the bank foreclosed without going to court (i.e., by holding a trustee's sale), there is no right of redemption after the sale.

The good news, at least, is that you are no longer personally liable for any portion of the debt that was foreclosed upon.

You might, however, be personally liable for any junior debts whose liens were wiped out by the foreclosure. If you had any junior mortgages at the time, you should consult an attorney and a CPA about your legal liability and possible tax liability. You might be eligible for certain available exemptions from those liabilities.
