In Arizona how to file th ''Quit Title Action''? Do I have to hirer an attorney? Where can I get the detailed information how to file it?

You would be well advised to hire an attorney to help you draft your complaint to quiet title. It's not impossible to do on your own but...difficult.

Under some circumstances you can have your attorneys' fees paid by the other side.
