Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona
Quit Claim Deed
A friend has a mortgage note in her name, and signed a Quit Claim to another party with the agreement that the other party would sell. The other party now refuses to sell, and my friend is stuck with the loan. Is this legal? What recourse does she have?

Re: Quit Claim Deed
Not enough facts are presented here to give a complete opinion. Who is the "friend?" What was the agreement? I would need to see the documents and have all the facts to give an opinion. We offer free, no obligation consultations by phone or in person at 480.835.1500.
