Quit Claim Deed

Real property owned by two individuals but only one owner name recorded in County Office. To list me as one of the owners, should we use a quit claim deed or JTWRS? Why?

You should see a lawyer to figure out why your name is not showing up to begin with. In my experience, when people try to draft their own deeds, they end up doing more harm than good. Paying a few hundred dollars to an attorney now might save thousands later if you do it wrong.
