I bought a quitclaim deed form from online. it is fill out and notary, but done know where it sent it. I live in phoenix Arizona. maricopa county

It is not where you live, it is the county in where the property is located. If that is Maricopa County, then the Maricopa County Clerk in downtown Phoenix. There will be a filing fee. However, keep in mind that do-it-yourselfers give lawyers a good amount of business when they have messed up what they are trying to accomplish and things go wrong. You may want to have your document looked at by a professional.
