Real Estate agent power of attorney
Is it prohibited in Arizona for a licensed real estate agent to execute a purchase agreement as the attorney in fact for his buyer/principal?

Re: Real Estate agent power of attorney
The fact that the party to a real estate transaction is a licensed realtor must be disclosed in writing in the agreement. For other considerations contact the AZ Dept of Real Estate. Make sure you have detailed written letters of instruction from the principal. Beware. This type of transaction is filled with pitfalls, depending upon who the principal is. Use an attorney to be safe.
