Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

The real estate company advertised the property for 2.5 acres but once we got the paper work it didn't have the property size. We looked in to it and it was 1.25 that was wrong. What can we do? Do we have a case .? Please call me at 602 561 4829

You did not state that you bought the property. If you did not buy the property then you have not been damaged (no case). If you bought the property, then you have a case to rescind the purchase and get your money back.
