Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

real estate

How do I find out who owns a piece of property when all there is is the name and address at the county assessors office, but no information can be found on the owners otherwise. Especially considering that its an investments property company that owns it. When I do a reverse lookup on the address of the owner the company name isn't even listed at that address, but two other real estate companies are. I just want to find who owns the property to see if they will sell it. Thank you

Re: real estate

I would suggest sending a letter addressed to the investment company at the address shown at the assessor's office. State that you are interested in purchasing the property and ask that someone contact you.

Donald-

If I understand your question correctly, you have the name of the investment group that owns a parcel you are interested in.

If it is an Arizona Entity, Owner information can be found the at the Arizona Corporate Commission Website.

Corporate Search Page:

http://starpas.azcc.gov/scripts/cgiip.exe/WService=wsbroker1/connect.p?app=names-report.p

If that does not work, the home page for the ACC is http://www.cc.state.az.us/ . You can find records under the tab on the left side of the page entitled Corporate Records.

Hope this helps
