Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

I recently married, can creditor he owe Attach my porperty. He want to have my property put in his/myname, a either/or owership. he will not show his credit report. If I should do this( which I will not) I need futher information. Can his judements (if there are any) be collected on my property

His creditors can go after his interest in your community property. You must take great care not to commingle your separate property (what you owned prior to the marriage) with his property or with your community property. I strongly recommend that you enter into a post-nuptial agreement with your husband, to make sure that you and your property are not subject to his debts or tax obligations. The fact that he is withholding information from you, would seem to indicate that he has had financial difficulties. You should absolutely NOT put him on title with you with any of your separate property. Please take great care and protect yourself financially.
