Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

Recording of Erroneous documents

If a document has been recorded, but it contains erroneous information, I would assume I could record an Affidavit of Erroneous Recording, BUT.... I have NO idea where to find this kind of Form.

This is for a timeshare property in Arizona that was originally a deeded interval, but was then deeded back to the deveopoer and converted to their points ownership. Another company recorded a deed (obviously not realizing that it had already been deeded back to the developer) with some of the information from the original deed (they got most of the legal description right), but they also added information (the point value that it was coverted too).

Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Re: Recording of Erroneous documents

There is no form to buy. Talk to an attorney to review the facts and draft a new deed if necessary.
