remove a name from title
a man frauded my father-in law. He asked if he could park a trailer on his paid off property. Being nice he said yes. My father in law did not know he was signing with this man for a mobile home which his property was used and now both names on title.

Hire a lawyer to review the documents you have and to draft a deed of the land back to your father. If this man refuses to sign the deed, then your father can sue him. Actually, your father could sue him now, but it's cheaper to at least ask the guy to sign first.
