Removing name of joint deed

How can i remove my ex-boyfriend of joint deed? He has no obligation on the mortgage loans because it's all on my name.

He needs to sign a deed to you. Hire an attorney to properly draft the document. Your Ex will probably want some money from you though. Especially if he put some money down when you bought the property or if he helped to make some of the payments. Good luck.
