Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona
Renter's next door dog broke my wood fence trying to attack dog & kids.. I suggested to the Property Management Agent to finish the block wall they put up around the rest of the yard. They are using my wood fence as the one to divid the properties. He explains it will be $1,300 to finish the block wants me to split it with him.
My fence used to be fine. Do I need to split with him or just wait til the dog breaks through and hurts or kills?

Go to small claims court and sue the next door neighbor for the cost of rebuilding your fence.
