Replacement Insurance for a Fire

If I have replacement insurance on the dwelling and it's contents...can I ask for a new modular home of the same size if the other one burns to the point of being cost effective to NOT remodel the burnt one.

Yes, if the damages are beyond repair (cost more) then if you have replacement cost coverage, you should get a new one.
