Owner was away for 2 years had a freind stay at the home give the freind power of attorney freind payed off mortgage put the house in his name refianance for 120,000 and then was in process of selling home when owner found out he got with the title company and stopped the sale he filed affidavet revolking power of att. and stateing he did not give freind permission to sale house so mortgage an title company told owner if he wanted to take over the 120,000 mortgage they would straighten the matter out take freinds name off deed so title company encumbered or payed the loan now owner is obligated for the loan so then several monthes later friend went and put his name back on deed as joint tenency then the I.R.S. puts a lien on home from friend 33,000 owner dont pay a couple monthes rent thinking why should he they didnt take care of matter now title and mortgage company went to friend to make them trustee and beneficiary and the house is going up forsale in the next thirty days what does the owner need to do. thank you for your help
