a man i worked for made me and my 92 year old father a offer to buy a house and 3 lots .we all agreed. we have paid every mth. and put lots of money into this home that was unliveable at first..now the man said we were just renting.. and wants us to move ..this is the 2nd time he has had something to do with us and fixing up a place only to lose it ..my sister put 18 years in fighting fire came here tohelp buy this place only to end up on the streets....helpplease

No written contract for a house purchase? And this is the second time, not the first, this has happened?

I would need a lot more details on both transactions in order to give an opinions. Generally, all agreements regarding real estate must be in writing.
