about sell a house

If my name and my dad is on the title and mortgage can I sell the house if my dad does not living in the USA, but live Africa for a year and almost two month without getting power of attorney over the house.

Your dad will have to sign the deed or sign a power of attorney to allow someone else to sign on his behalf. You can send him the deed or power of attorney form, he can sign and send back. His signature MUST be notarized. If he lives near a US Embassy, they can notarize the document there. See http://usembassy.state.gov/ for a list of US Embassies.
