Seller wont move

Our seller is still in the home we purchased how do we remove them. We have already had the close and recorded! Any advice?

You will have to file a forcible detainer action in the justice court, requesting a judgment that they vacate, and an award of attorneys fees and costs. The court gives them a period of time (I think 5 days) and if they don't get out the constable will physically remove them. It is rare for this situation to happen on a sale, usually it is a tenant who has not paid or a person who has lost the property to foreclosure.
