Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona
I signed home loan documents for my father via power of attorney. He lost the house a few years ago to foreclosure and now I have a judgement against me for the outstanding HOA. Is this possible?

Anyone can sue you, it doesn't mean that it is right or that they will collect. It does mean that you must defend yourself, which seems to mean that they sued you in court and that you did not respond. Now, you must take immediate action to have the judgment set aside (if the time has not run out) and to take other legal steps to establish that this is not your liability. You should retain counsel at once.
