I was a silent invester in a property in Mexico. The person taking my money, which I do have receipts for, died. How do I get my money back? Where do I start.

You would want to make a claim against the estate of the deceased. You need to put together proof of your agreement with the person and gather documentation that proves you gave the money and your interest in the property.
