storage

two people sharing house one moves out takes belongings,leaves some other moves out later who is responsible for belongings left by first party?

Not a real estate question, but a general personal property question.

Call the owner. Advise them to get the stuff. If not, I guess it is abandoned and up for grabs, unless you agreed to store or keep the items.
