what are the tenant rights if a landlord decides to sell the home in AZ and wants to list, show and sell while we still have a current lease until 6/30/2013?

The landlord, and any purchaser of the property, is subject to your rights under the lease and the duties and obligations of the landlord. The lease also is controlling as to the right of the landlord to show the property for sale.
