Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

My townhome is being foreclosed on. With the letter they attached a legal description of my property. On the legal description they listed the wrong unit. I went back to the county records and when they recorded the deed the legal description had the wrong unit listed as well. Do I have a case to get out of my mortgage?

Very unlikely, but you likely have a case to postpone the trustee sale/foreclosure if you act quickly enough.
