Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

what type of deed to use and how to fill it out?

My wife and I recently bought a home and the deed of ownership was made out to us as joint tenants. We want to transfer the home into our living trust. The recorder's office told me that we should get a deed form, fill it out, sign, and have the signatures notarized and take it to the recorders office.

Is this something I can do or should I take it to an attorney.

I do not know if you would know how to select the right form to use to convey the property to your trust. Your attorney, who prepared your trust document, should be able to prepare the appropriate deed for you to sign for a nominal sum. If not, I could do so for a fee of $100.
