"Real property" means land and anything attached to the land (like your house).
"Personal property" is anything that is not real property.

Yes, your house is real property. What you quoted is a catch-all phrase that serves to give all your property not otherwise mentioned to named beneficiaries. However, if you have a survivor's deed that is properly drafted, executed and recorded, then your house will go to the person(s) named in that deed.
