Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona
Zoning law property
I recieved a letter from the Zoning Inspector stating that I had to remove a mobile home, a travel trailer and a utility trailer from my property. I live out of state and have not seen nor have any ideal as to who owns these vehicles.I contacted the Zoning Inspector and got the address of the resident across the street and next door. I wrote these people and stated that if they new who put the vehicles there to inform they that on the 14 of this month I woild have the vehicles removed and impounded at the owners expense. Question will I be within my rights to do this and what paper work is need to have these vehicles off.

First contact the zoning inspector and ask him if there is a penalty or fee to you for the vehicles removal. Are they going to charge you or the registered owner of the vehicle? If the latter, tell them to go ahead and remove them. Hopefully you sent the letters to the neighbors registered mail or return receipt? At least you rtained a copy of the letter "just in case", correct?
What you may want to do, and is certainly recommended, is have some sort of gate erected around the property to prevent this from occurring again.
Sounds like this is a vacant lot in a residential area. If this is so, then gating the property might also protect you from other potential legal liabilities.

This is a very unique question. Just in case you or your property can be liened I would hire an attorney in the city in which the property is located. Get someone who is an expert in real estate law. Half can contact the zoning inspector by letter slaving the situation. Send him copies of the documents, letters, you sent to your neighbors. Try and do everything you can to establish an understanding with the zoning authority that explains that these are not you or trailers. More importantly, it appears that one of these is your trailer and establish some sort of extension in which you can deal with your own trailer on your property. If I am reading your question wrong I apologize a to me it is unclear. What you really have to do though is make sure that you clarify whenever the proper facts are with the zoning authority. Do so immediately as delaying could be detrimental to your physician and cost you more in fines and liens as well as attorney's fees.
