Legal Question in Social Security Law in Arizona

Would this count as income

If I received online money through paypal but it is deposited in a bank in another country. Would it be counted as income by social security?

This is not a question of Arizona law. Lying about income would be a federal crime. Income is income. If it's yours, it's yours. Paypal shouldn't make any difference. But remember, if the Paypal payments are for selling something, that's not income from work, and it wouldn't count.
