Legal Question in Social Security Law in Arizona
The employer that I presently work for is asking all employers to sign a paper to release personal information to a second party in another state for contract reasons. Do I have a right to refuse. I'm not to comfortable giving my social security.Does my employer have a right to terminate my employment if I dont comply.
