IRS Summons
Can you tell me where I can find information that would allow a person to use the 5th amendment priv. with regard to questions posed at a hering from an Administrative summons from the IRS. Please give me case law or statute that I can give to the agent.

This is not something that you should do without the advice of a qualified criminal tax lawyer in your jurisdiction. Unless you are asking out of idle curiosity, you need to hire a lawyer. Your state or county bar association probably can give you a referral.
