Legal Question in Telecomm Law in Arizona
I have received many spam text messages. I do not have unlimited texting and they are all costing me my allotted monthly text. I have forwarded the text to Sprints Spam Text Reporting. I have also been on the Do Not Call list for a year. Can I file in small claims court? How much will it cost? Will I win? Is it worth it?

You may want to talk to your telephone service provider to either eliminate the text message function or alternatively get the service where it is unlimited. This is not a small claims court matter... and who do you plan to sue?
